In March 2024, I hired Reliable Plumbing to replace the portion of my sewer pipe that connects with the main under the street. The crew exercised caution and worked safely, and the scheduling/billing all went very smoothly. I especially appreciated Robert's ability to see the big picture when he came out to the site. He not only assessed the situation below ground, but he looked at the proximity of trees and the power lines above. He was familiar with the history of the city's practices regarding placement of sewer pipes, and this knowledge turned out to be quite useful. I hired his company because I wanted excellent experience and was not disappointed. One year later, everything is still flowing perfectly and I'm glad I got this job done. When our toilet at our office clogged, Reliable Plumbing was recommended to help. Brandon A was prompt, figured out the issue and had Randy come help. It was impressive to have the issue resolved quickly but the cherry on top was that they took the time to clean up after themselves. Could not be more impressed.

Brandon was kind enough to go over and beyond; after fixing all the problems listed prior from visiting my location. He was able to knock it all out quickly and efficiently; while multi-tasking. I kept asking him many questions (throughout the process) and he didn't even hesitate on helping me out with them. I really appreciated his professionalism, knowledge and kindness shared to me; to helping me improve on avoiding future problems and then some. I didn't expect to be blessed today.

I have recently contacted Reliable Plumbing and Welding to do regular maintenance for my furnace, AC and tankless hot water heater. Brandon and Jim arrived in just two days. Brandon serviced the furnace and AC. He changed the furnace filters, reviewed the pressures, and cleaned the AC unit outside. Also was able to place plastic screens over outside pipes to help keep birds from making nests inside the pipes. He was patient as I asked questions. Jim serviced the tankless hot water heater to insure it was operating properly reporting back with a great report. Jim also answered my questions for the operations for this unit.
